Each week we will dive into a new dish and a new mindset. We cook a new recipe each week. Whether its physical or emotional clearing I am here to discuss those needs and set you on a path to get there. We will discuss your needs and desires and why you think you may not be able to get where you want to at this moment. But you see the end result. I am here to help you clear the path and keep it clear for the future so you can keep it up! This 4 week course is designed to uncover your "WHY" and keep you on track to healthier habits and food. We meet once/week and cook together all while uncovering the reasons why we do the things we do in life. My goal is to come up with solutions to keep you healthier and happier for the remainder of life. tools for clarity as well as new recipes every week!
